Bezdikian Architects, an architectural firm, was founded in Venice, in 1980 by Robert M. Bezdikian. Specialized in Hospitality design, Hotels & Resorts, Master Plan of holiday resorts and camping, open-air holiday villages, camping design, the firm has established a reputable standing in the world of resort and hotel design.
The company is particularly specialized in the refurbishment the design and implementation of Hotels & Resorts, camping design and Master Plan, also known as open-air holiday villages. Since 1980 the firm has gained very big experience in the Design of resorts and holiday villages of the latest generation.
The structure of the studio is organised in order to guarantee a complete cycle of realization and services necessary for the achievement of the project. The scope of services that the studio is offering encompasses the first analysis or feasibility study, field plotting, architectural project, detailed project as well supervision and site management.

Bezdikian Architects has mainly operated in the hospitality sector and open air tourism, since its establishment.
It has namely acquired a particular experience in the design and project of new sea resorts, Holiday villages and hotels as well as the renovation of existing ones.
Among the first works of the eighties include the projects of two holiday villages Mediterraneo and Fiori in Cavallino Venice, a sea resort in the Gulf of Aqaba in Jordan, the Master Plan of Lio Grando, a touristic and residential area in Punta Sabbioni on the lagoon of Venice, the master plan of Baia di Sistiana in collaboration with Marcello D'Olivo Architetc, and the design and refurbishment of several hotels in Jesolo Lido.
In the nineties till the beginning of the millennium, the studio has developed several projects in new fields of open air resorts, holiday villages, sport centres, water parks , in the province of Venice as well as other province of south of Italy, Sardinia and Garda lake area.
From 2000 to present major development of existing and new facilities facilities have been made in Italy; Residence Parco della Laguna in Venice, Union Lido Park & ??Resort, Village camping Residence, Garden Paradiso and Ca Pasquali in Cavallino, Club Camping Jesolo International in Jesolo Beach. and abroad, the concept design of Intercontinental hotel in Yerevan, Armenia, the Master Plan of Lantern Resort Porec, Istra Mare village in Vrsar and Zaton Holiday Village in Zadar, Croatia.
More recently, projects are under design for following resorts, VTI in Bibione, Rivanuova in Martinsicuro, La Rocca in Bardolino , Jesolo International in Venice. Several projects concerning Master Plans and architectural projects of existing holiday Resorts and camping villages are under design in Croatia, in the regions of Istria, Park Umag, Ronvinj Vestar, and in Dalmatia, Zaton Holiday village and Borik Falkensteiner resort.
