The project involves comprehensive architectural, executive design, and supervision services for the construction of a new reception area at the Zaton Holiday Resort Camping. This initiative aims to enhance the resort’s infrastructure, providing guests with improved facilities and a more welcoming environment. The scope includes detailed planning, design development, and overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
In addition to the new construction, the project encompasses the renovation of the existing reception area. This renovation aims to modernize the current facilities, improve functionality, and create a more aesthetically pleasing environment for visitors. The renovation plan includes upgrading interior finishes, improving lighting, and optimizing space utilization to enhance guest experience.
A significant aspect of the project is the expansion of key amenities to cater to the growing needs of the resort’s clientele. The expansion includes the development of a new bistro, providing a contemporary dining experience with a focus on local and international cuisine. The boutique will be redesigned to offer a wider selection of products, emphasizing quality and variety to meet guest expectations. Additionally, a conference room will be added or upgraded to facilitate business events, meetings, and gatherings, making the resort more versatile for different types of visitors.
