La posizione definitiva dell’ingresso è stata uno degli aspetti più discussi durante la fase preliminare del Masterplan.
Si è discusso molto sulla posizione ideale del futuro ingresso e sulla necessità di unificare le due reception. Il Masterplan ha proposto di collocare l’ingresso sulla strada verso Nin e di unificare assolutamente il check-in in un’unica sede, in quanto è la posizione più strategica, migliore ed equidistante da tutte le aree del villaggio.

LA RECEPTION / Futuro Ingresso

È stato proposto di unificare le due reception con l’idea di collocare l’ingresso nella posizione prevista dal Master Plan e cioè sulla strada verso Nin e di unificare assolutamente il check-in in un’unica sede a nord vicino alla strada che porta Nin.
Per ragioni pratiche e strategiche si consiglia di unificare gli attuali due ricevimenti in uno, per individuare la sede e l’ufficio di gestione edificio vicino alla reception e comunicare con la reception. All’interno, ci sarà spazio sufficiente per il numero necessario di gestione e degli uffici di segreteria, sala riunioni (s) e aree di stoccaggio, oltre a spogliatoi e servizi igienici per il personale.

La reception sarà un luogo piacevole e riposante in cui ricevere gli ospiti e concepito per essere funzionale e pratico per gli ospiti e coloro che vi lavorano, anche in alta stagione.
Riteniamo importante creare un punto di riposo per persone che arrivano dopo lunghe ore di viaggio e quelli che transitano a piedi ogni notte per andare a Nin.
L’area aperta al pubblico comprenderà anche due serie di gabinetti pubblici, di cui una per gli utenti disabili.
Il parcheggio vicino – che è sotto il controllo visivo immediato della ricezione – può essere utilizzato per gli ospiti nei momenti in cui i cancelli sono chiusi e, in aggiunta come un ciclo sollievo, a volte dei flussi di traffico pesante. Esso fungerà da deposito roulotte durante l’inverno.

Gli uffici dei tour operator possono essere situati all’interno della sala di ricevimento dello stesso edificio purché non siano troppo numerosi, altrimenti può essere situato all’interno dell’asse cintura verde.

The reception area will be a pleasant and relaxing place to welcome guests, designed to be functional and practical for both guests and those who work there, even in high season.
We believe it is important to create a rest area for people arriving after long hours of travel and those who walk to Nin every night.
The area open to the public will also include two sets of public restrooms, one of which is accessible to disabled users.
The nearby parking lot—with immediate visual control of the reception area—can be used by guests when the gates are closed and, additionally, as a relief from heavy traffic. It will also serve as a caravan storage area during the winter.
Tour operator offices may be located within the reception area of the same building, provided they are not too numerous; otherwise, they may be located within the green belt.
