CONCEPT DESIGN
This is an existing tourist resort dating back to the early 1960s, a charming bay with crystal-clear waters located at the southern tip of the island of Krk. A hotel complex, a campsite, and apartments built in the 1980s already existed. The master plan aimed to reorganize and redevelop the entire campsite to transform it into a state-of-the-art tourist village.
The entire road system and distribution of residential areas were redesigned, with the design of a center with all the amenities and facilities and a large water park also serving hotel guests. Finally, a beach club and bathing facilities were created on the seafront.
Si tratta di una realtà turistica esistente risalente ai primi anni 60, una baia molto suggestiva con acque cristalline posta all’estremità sud dell’isola di Krk, erano già presenti un complesso alberghiero, un campeggio e degli appartamenti realizzati tra gli anni 80.
Il Masterplan aveva il compito di riorganizzare e riqualificare l’intero campeggio per trasformarlo in un villaggio turistico all’avanguardia.
e stata rielaborata l’intera viabilità e la distribuzione delle zone abitative, con la progettazione di un centro con tutte le dotazioni e i servizi e un ampio parco acquatico a servizio anche degli ospiti dell’albergo. infine sono state create sul fronte mare un beach club e attrezzature per la balneazione.
